30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to love your Cutique — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@cutique.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
